1. THE ZERO-KNOWLEDGE PRINCIPLE
Ratio Protocol (RP) is engineered on a "Privacy-by-Design" architecture. We do not operate a centralized database for your personal reflections, usage logs, or protocol entries. Your data is sovereign. We cannot sell what we cannot see.2. DATA ENCLAVE & STORAGE
Local-Only Storage: All protocols, day-counts, and custom configurations are stored locally on your device's encrypted storage.Cloud Syncing: If you choose to enable cloud syncing (e.g., via iCloud or Google Drive), your data is stored in your personal, end-to-end encrypted account. Ratio Ventures LLC does not possess the keys to decrypt or access this data.Zero Logs: We do not track or record your specific progress or "Stoic Journey" on our servers.3. GEOLOCATION & CONTEXT
On-Device Processing: RP utilizes device location services to trigger context-aware protocols (e.g., "Transit Mode" upon arrival at transit hubs).No Tracking History: Location data is processed in real-time on the device and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We maintain no record of your movements.4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Subscription Fulfillment: We utilize industry-standard providers (e.g., Apple/Google) to manage premium access. They process your transaction data; we receive only an anonymous "token" confirming your subscription status.Diagnostics: We may use anonymous crash reporting to maintain system stability. No personally identifiable information (PII) is included in these reports.5. USER RIGHTS & COMPLIANCE
Because we do not store your data on external servers, "deleting your account" is managed entirely by the user. Deleting the application from your device effectively removes all locally stored data associated with the Protocol.6. VOLUNTARY COMMUNICATIONS (THE WAITLIST EXCEPTION)
While your Protocol Data (reflections, journals) remains strictly local and invisible to us, you may choose to provide your email address to join our Waitlist or Newsletter.Strict Separation: Your email address is stored securely for communication purposes only. It is never linked to your local Protocol Data. We never know what you write in the app, even if we know who you are on our email list.Consent: You can unsubscribe and purge your email from our communication database at any time.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF PROTOCOL
By initializing Ratio Protocol (RP), you acknowledge and accept these terms. This application is a cognitive instrument designed for disciplined logic. If you do not agree to the operational standards defined herein, you are not authorized to use the system.2. OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITY & SAFETY
Non-Clinical Status: RP is a philosophical tool for logic calibration and Stoic practice. It is not a medical, diagnostic, or mental health service. It is not intended for the treatment of clinical conditions.Operational Safety: Users must prioritize environmental awareness. Do not interact with the Obsidian UI or any audio protocols in a manner that distracts from the safe operation of vehicles or machinery. Your primary duty is to your physical environment; the Protocol is secondary.3. SUBSCRIPTIONS & TERMINATION
Fulfillment: Premium access is managed through the respective App Store platform (Apple/Google).Financials: All billing and refund requests are handled exclusively by the platform provider. Ratio Ventures LLC does not have the authority to manually process refunds for App Store transactions.4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The "Ratio Protocol" logic systems, the Obsidian interface framework, and all proprietary audio/text protocols are the exclusive property of Ratio Ventures LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or redistribution of these assets is a violation of the license.5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Stoicism is the practice of internal sovereignty. Ratio Ventures LLC is not liable for any external decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from the use of this instrument. You remain the sole operator of your life; the Protocol provides the logic, but you provide the action.
